Certificates

Great news! All courses come with a free self-print certificate! This means you can print it from home, or log in later and print it from any computer, mobile device, or tablet with a printer.

Self-printing is available on the Alcohol Awareness Course, Drug and Alcohol Courses, Marijuana Education Course, Driver Education (Drive Smart Be Safe Course), and Anger Management Courses.

How it works

Your self-print certificate will be available upon completion, just click print or log into your account later and navigate to the ‘Transcripts’ tab. From here scroll down and look for the gold metal icon, click it and wait a moment for the certificate to load. Once loaded, you can print or save a copy on your computer – just use one of the options in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Why It works

The self-print certificate is very convenient. You can print it as soon as you’ve completed your course. Now you won’t miss your deadline waiting days or weeks for a letter to arrive in the mail. It’s just another way we take uncertainty and chance out of meeting your requirements.

 

Transcripts

SAP (Substance Abuse Professionals) often want the full transcript. If so, please select this option/format when buying your course. It will also come with full audio. This option is available on the Alcohol Awareness Course, Drug and Alcohol Courses, Marijuana Education, Driver Education (Drive Smart Be Safe Course), and Anger Management Courses.

What is a transcript?

The transcript is a list of all the questions in your course and all the answers you gave. Information included: how much time was spent on the course, whether the answer was right or wrong, short-essays, scores, digital footprint, and what chapters have been completed. This will be emailed directly to you within one business day. It is your responsibility to turn it in to the proper person or organization.

How and when will I receive my transcript?

All transcripts are emailed directly to you using the email address you provide while enrolling. Remember, it is your responsibility to turn it in to the proper person or organization.
